Make sure you are logged in to the MLC Learn site. Click the orange Login button at the top of the screen and use the username and password set up for you. Once logged in, you will be able to view all of the courses that you are currently enrolled in.

Before the course begins, you will receive an email from MLC Learn with the subject line [MLC Learn] Login Details. This email contains a link to reset your password. Your username is the email address that you or your organization provided to MLC.

Most courses on this site have been designed for about one hour of dedicated work per week including instruction time and time spent on practice tasks. We recommend that you intentionally set aside this time each week and, as much as possible, try to focus only on the training during that time, without the distractions of your other work or responsibilities. This is so that you can have the best learning experience possible.

Most MLC Learn courses are designed to be taken linearly; in other words, you need to complete a lesson before moving on to the following lesson. This is because course concepts tend to build on each other. See Navigating MLC Learn for more information on how to move through the site.

It is possible to complete all of the coursework in one sitting, but we don’t recommend it! The course designers have thought carefully about the pace of the course and how much material should be included each week. By logging into MLC Learn once or twice a week and completing only that week’s set of lessons and assignments, you will give yourself more time to absorb what you’re learning and be better able to retain the concepts and skills.

Yes, after you complete the course, you will be able to download a certificate from the course’s homepage. See Navigating MLC Learn for more information on how to do this.

Yes! About a week after completing your MLC Learn course, you will be invited to take a short survey to evaluate the course and share about your experience. Your feedback is very valuable! All surveys are anonymous.
